WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
The Supply Chain Intern located at our Global Headquarters in Michigan City, IN reports to our Global Supply Chain Manager and is responsible for assisting in a wide range of functional and technical support duties that align with department’s process improvement and electronic records.
A successful candidate will:
• Process all MRO’s and acknowledgments.
• Complete supplier NDA/ Self Assessments vs. AS400.
• Maintain the OTI deliveries per track number vs. actual receipt.
• Conduct tooling identification updates in the AS400.
• Remove quotes for obsolete parts.
• Aid in acquiring RoHS documentation for all rubber parts and compliance projects.
• Support buyers in required documentation from resale suppliers.
• Perform all IP and PO requests from engineering/sales.
WHAT WE EXPECT
• Pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
• Previous internship experiences a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow.
