WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
The IT Intern located at our Global Headquarters in Michigan City, IN reports to our Director of IT and is responsible for assisting with installing computer software products, modifying/repairing hardware and resolving technical problems to support our users.
A successful candidate will:
• Assure continuity of the computer system for all system users.
• Install selected software and hardware products.
• Repair PC hardware as necessary and work closely with service vendors to ensure continuity of service.
• Monitor and respond to incidents in the IT Help Desk System.
• Provide technical assistance and advice to users as needed.
• Work closely with IT Technical and Development Team Members to ensure a high level of user support.
WHAT WE EXPECT
• Pursuing a degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Previous internship experiences a plus.
• Experience providing MS Outlook and Office Support.
