Product Management Intern
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
The Product Management Intern located at our Global Headquarters in Michigan City, IN reports to our Product Management Team and is responsible for assisting with product marketing tasks for resale and new manufactured products.
A successful candidate will:
- Perform market research on assigned resale candidate product(s) consistent with established resale product objectives. Obtain necessary specific product information and conduct a detailed evaluation/analysis of the resale candidate product(s) compared to competitive offerings.
- Work with Marketing to create advertisements, mailers, brochures, catalogs, etc. for product promotion.
- Obtain and conduct analysis of competitor products and prices for new and existing products. Prepare and maintain competitor spreadsheets for existing and potential products.
- Prepare sales literature for new or modified products according to company guidelines.
- Contact potential vendors/customers.
- Assist with other various projects assigned.
WHAT WE EXPECT
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s in Engineering.
- Previous internship experiences a plus.
- Ability to deal effectively and courteously with vendors and internal departments.
